Kishon is a river that flows into the Mediterranean Sea.
During the period of the Judges, when Sisera, the commander of King Jabin of Hazor in the Canaan region, attacked, Deborah (Judge) sent Barak to fight. At this time, God granted them victory in the battle.
Judges 4:13Sisera summoned all his chariots—nine hundred iron chariots—and all the men with him, from Harosheth Haggoyim to the Kishon River.Judges 4:14Then Deborah said to Barak, “Go! This is the day the Lord has given Sisera into your hands.
