2 Sam 20:24Adoram was in charge of the forced labor, and Jehoshaphat son of Ahilud was recorder;

However, during the reign of Solomon, the people were exhausted from many years of forced labor for construction. When Rehoboam threatened to impose even more construction labor, he was stoned to death by the enraged populace.

1 Kings 12:18King Rehoboam sent Adoram, who was in charge of the forced labor, but all Israel stoned him to death. King Rehoboam, however, managed to get into his chariot and escape to Jerusalem.
