Cilicia is a city in the region of the northeastern Mediterranean Sea. Its center is Tarsus, and it is the hometown of Apostle Paul.

Acts 22:3“I am a Jew, born in Tarsus of Cilicia, but brought up in this city. Under Gamaliel I was thoroughly trained in the law of our ancestors and was just as zealous for God as any of you are today.
Acts 23:34The governor read the letter and asked what province Paul was from. Learning that he was from Cilicia,
