Jeshurun means "righteous one" and is one of the names used to personify the people of Israel.
Deuteronomy 32:15But Jeshurun grew fat and kicked; you grew fat, thick, and sleek. You abandoned the God who made you and scorned the Rock your Savior.
Deuteronomy 33:5There was a king in Jeshurun when the heads of the people assembled, along with all the tribes of Israel.
