Ananias (High Priest) was the high priest who interrogated Paul in Jerusalem.

Acts 23:2At this the high priest Ananias ordered those standing near Paul to strike him on the mouth.Acts 23:3Then Paul said to him, “God will strike you, you whitewashed wall! You sit there to judge me according to the law, yet you yourself violate the law by commanding that I be struck!”Acts 23:4Those standing near Paul said, “How dare you insult God’s high priest!”Acts 23:5Paul replied, “Brothers, I did not realize that he was the high priest; for it is written: ‘Do not speak evil about the ruler of your people.’”

He later accused Paul before Governor Felix.

Acts 24:1Five days later the high priest Ananias went down to Caesarea with some of the elders and a lawyer named Tertullus, and they presented their case against Paul to the governor.Acts 24:2When Paul was called in, Tertullus presented his case before Felix:Acts 24:3“Your Excellency, we have enjoyed a long period of peace under you, and your foresight has brought about reforms in this nation. We are deeply grateful for this, always and everywhere.”
