Hephzibah was the queen of Hezekiah (King of Judah) and the mother of Manasseh (King of Judah).
2 Kings 21:1Manasseh was twelve years old when he became king, and he reigned fifty-five years in Jerusalem. His mother’s name was Hephzibah.
It is a name that appears in the prophet Isaiah's description of God treating Jerusalem like a beloved woman.
Isaiah 62:4No longer will they call you Deserted, or name your land Desolate. But you will be called Hephzibah, and your land Beulah; for the Lord will take delight in you, and your land will be married.
