📦Kiyyun

Thing

An idol worshipped in Assyria. It was pronounced 'Kiyyun' in Hebrew, but translated as 'Rephan' in the Septuagint. This is the Rephan that Deacon Stephen pointed out in the book of Acts.

Amos 5:26You will carry away Sikkuth your king and Kiyyun your idols, the star of your gods, which you made for yourselves.
Acts 7:43You took up the tabernacle of Moloch and the star of your god Rephan, the images which you made to worship; and I will carry you away beyond Babylon.
