Onesiphorus was a faithful co-worker of Paul. He faithfully served both in the church of Ephesus and in Rome.
2 Tim 1:16May the Lord grant mercy to the household of Onesiphorus, for he often refreshed me and was not ashamed of my chains,2 Tim 1:17but when he was in Rome, he diligently searched for me and found me.2 Tim 1:18(May the Lord grant him to find mercy from the Lord on that day!) And you well know how much service he rendered at Ephesus.
