She is the daughter of Absalom.

2 Sam 14:27Absalom had three sons and one daughter, whose name was Tamar; she was a woman of beautiful appearance.

However, 2 Chronicles 11 states that Rehoboam married Absalom's daughter Maacah and had a son named Abijah.

2 Chr 11:20After her he married Absalom’s daughter Maacah, who bore him Abijah, Attai, Ziza, and Shelomith.2 Chr 11:21Rehoboam loved Absalom’s daughter Maacah more than all his other wives and concubines. He had eighteen wives and sixty concubines, and he was the father of twenty-eight sons and sixty daughters.2 Chr 11:22Rehoboam appointed Maacah’s son Abijah to be the chief prince among his brothers, intending to make him king.2 Chr 11:23Rehoboam acted wisely and dispersed all his sons throughout all the districts of Judah and Benjamin, to all the fortified cities. He gave them ample provisions and sought many wives for them.

However, 2 Chronicles 13 records that the mother of King Abijam was Micaiah, the daughter of Uriel of Gibeah.

2 Chr 13:2He reigned for three years in Jerusalem. His mother’s name was Micaiah, the daughter of Uriel of Gibeah.
