Cushan-Rishathaim was a king who attacked and oppressed Israel during the time of the Judges. Judge Othniel defeated him and saved the people of Israel.
Judges 3:8Therefore the anger of the Lord was hot against Israel, and he sold them into the hand of Cushan-Rishathaim king of Mesopotamia.
