A son of King Ahaz of Judah. When his father Ahaz sinned before God, King Pekah of Northern Israel invaded Southern Judah, and Sigri, a warrior who participated in the battle, killed the son of King Ahaz of Judah.
2 Chr 28:6For he had forsaken the Lord, the God of his fathers. Pekah son of Remaliah killed 120,000 valiant men in Judah in one day,2 Chr 28:7and Zichri, a mighty warrior of Ephraim, killed Maaseiah the king’s son, Azrikam the officer of the palace, and Elkanah the second in command to the king.
